Do something new for 30 days
A few years ago, I felt like I was trapped in a wheel and decided to follow in the footsteps of the great American philosopher Morgan Spurlock for 30 days and try something new. The idea is actually very simple.
Think of something you always want to add to your life and try for the next 30 days.
It turns out that 30 days is the right time to add a new habit or leave the habit -
add: by looking at the news - motorbike to work _ 10,000 steps / day _ shooting a day _ writing a novel
Distance: without television _ without sugar _ without tweets _ without smoke.
from your life.
I learned a number of things during this 30 day challenge. The first is that instead of the forgotten flight month, the weather is far more unforgettable. That is part of the challenge that I do every day for a month. And I remember exactly where I was and what I did that day. I also noticed that my confidence grew as I began to face increasingly difficult 30-day challenges. I switched from a computer idiot who lived on a desk to a man who ran a wheel. To have fun!
I climbed a mountain last year. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. I will never finish before 30 days of my challenge begins. I also found that if you really want something bad, you can do anything in 30 days. Have you always wanted to write a novel? Tens of thousands of people try to write their own 50,000-word novel from the beginning of every November in 30 days. It turns out you only need to enter 1,667 words per day for a month. So I did. By the way, the secret is not to sleep until you type your words today. You may lack sleep, but you will complete your novel.
Is my book the next great American novel? I wrote it in a month. This is terrible, but for the rest of my life, I don't need to say, "I'm a computer scientist." No, no, if I want, I can say, "I'm a novelist." This is the last thing I want to mention. I have learned that things that I can continue to do tend to stick when I make small and permanent changes. There is nothing wrong with big and crazy challenges. They are actually very fun. But they tend to survive.
When I give up sugar for 30 days, the 31st day looks like this. And here is my question for you: what are you waiting for? I guarantee that the next 30 days will pass, whether you like it or not. So why not think of something you always want to shoot at? For the next 30 days.
